Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients let us in via doorman, lockbox, or a neighbor. We send before and after photos so you see exactly what was done, and the walkthrough can happen over text.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything: vacuum, mops, microfiber, and professional disinfectants. If you prefer we use your products instead, just say so in the booking notes.
Are you okay with pets?
Yes, we clean homes with dogs and cats and bring a vacuum built for pet hair. Let us know about your pet in the notes so the crew knows who they're meeting.
Is the price really the price?
Yes. Your final quote is confirmed before we start, never after. The only time a price changes is if the job is genuinely different from what was booked, and we tell you before touching anything.
